Frequently Asked Questions

Is the cash flow really higher than traditional SFR's?

YES! The house has to work properly and be affordable for the members living in it, but essentially, more beds equals more revenue. Each "member" of the house pays their own share.

What about the neighbors of these homes?

Neighbors often get scared quickly when they find out, but with the right structure, these houses work well in any neighborhood. We've noticed nearly every neighbor who is vocal as the house opens becomes an ally once they see the house operating and keeping to themselves.

How is the investment passive and I own it?

This is our full time business. Purchasing and managing homes for sober living is why God has breath in our lungs. We identify the properties, we manage any rehab and we manage the asset ongoing. You'll have a portal in the property management system to see what's happening with the property and you collect monthly checks.

I already have a house, can you set it up as a sober living home?

This is one of the most common questions we get and 99% of the time the answer is no. Even if your house meets all the requirements to make it a good sober living house, that specific area may not be ready to open a new house. By finding homes currently listed on the market, we are able to go to exactly where a new house is needed at the time it is needed and we get to pick out the best option for this structure of housing.
